Lloyd Solomon

Founding Partner / Managing Director

Lloyd Solomon is a Founder, Partner, and a Managing Director of Solomon Page, a Manhattan based provider of staffing solutions (temporary, contract, temp to perm, project staffing, direct hire, and executive search) across a broad range of functional and industry lines of business. Lloyd provides leadership and direction for the execution of Solomon Page's vision. He is accountable for creating revenue growth and enterprise value through the implementation of profitability targets and achievement of financial goals within disciplined guidelines and parameters.

Lloyd's focus is to create and build a collaborative and synergistic culture and coherent brand identity based upon core values of professionalism, entrepreneurship, and integrity. He is also actively engaged in the recruitment and retention of key contributors for a wide range of service offerings who are the most valuable assets in the long term growth of the business.

In addition to his direction and general management, he actively participates in key accounts and is available to employees and clients to facilitate finding ways to optimize service offerings to ensure client satisfaction.

Over the last 30 years, Lloyd has directed the firm's growth, evolution, and expansion into new areas of business. Founded in 1990, Solomon Page's rapid growth resulted in a public offering in 1994 and privatization through management buyout in 2000. Headquartered in New York City, Solomon Page has eight regional offices in the United States and one in London, England.

Lloyd received his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from New York University and holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing from Boston University.

Scott Page

Founding Partner / Managing Director

Scott Page is a Founder, Partner, and a Managing Director of Solomon Page, a Manhattan-based recruitment firm with service offerings ranging from C-suite executive search to temporary staffing across a broad range of functional and industry lines of business. Scott provides leadership and direction for the execution of the company's vision and objectives, which was named "New York's Largest Executive Search Firm" in 2020 by Crain's New York Business.

In addition to leading the company at large, Scott has built and led the Financial Services division since the firm's inception in 1990; growing the division into one of the most sought after retained executive search practices in the industry. For 30 years, highly respected global financial institutions including investment banks, alternative asset managers, private equity, and private family offices across both developed and emerging markets have turned to Scott for his expertise in building long-term team management strategies. The exclusive search process which he has developed combines thorough organizational mapping, competitive analysis, and deep, first-hand knowledge of the industry. This distinct combination has honed Scott's well-known ability to grasp the real needs of a business and build teams and cultures across the industry.

The skills and philosophy that he brings to his clients' searches have also helped Scott expand the Financial Services Division of Solomon Page. He is actively engaged in the recruitment and retention of key contributors to the Financial Services division, who are the most valuable assets in the long-term growth of the business.

Scott continues to play a key role in the growth and evolution of the Solomon Page brand and participates in the expansion of the business as it continues to be one of the most successful recruitment firms in the United States. Honored in 2020 by Inc Magazine as one of the "Best Workplaces in the U.S.", Solomon Page has grown into a $200M+ organization with over 300 employees, fifteen regional offices in the United States and one in London, England. Additionally, Solomon Page has been amongst the "Top Privately Held Companies in the New York Area" by Crain's New York Business, and one of "America's Best Executive Recruiting Firms" by Forbes for five consecutive years.

Eric Davis

Chief Financial Officer

Eric M. Davis serves as Chief Financial Officer of Solomon Page. Eric has been with Solomon Page for over 25 years and, during his tenure, has provided the company with financial leadership, vision, and expertise. He played key financial and strategic roles in taking Solomon Page public in 1994 and with the privatization in 2000.

Eric is responsible for all financial management of the company, provides a business approach to the financial function, and works collaboratively with all management teams. He began his professional career in public accounting and is CPA certified in New Jersey.

Kathy Brown

Chief Human Resources Officer

Kathy Brown joined Solomon Page as the Vice President of Human Resources in January of 2017. She brings a warm personality, engaging approach, and over twenty-five years of human resources and consulting services experience to the position.

Prior to Solomon Page, Kathy spent more than twenty years at Genesis Solutions, an asset performance optimization service line, where she consulted on all aspects of operations, strategic staffing, and overall administrative operations of the business at both their US headquarters and in Europe.

During Kathy's initial tenure at Genesis, she served as Senior Consultant specializing in Business Process Analysis and Supply Chain Management. She worked individually and managed project teams to assess the health of key business processes in an organization, as well as worked with customers to re-design their business processes and operating systems to optimize their productivity and measure their success. She began her career as a Sales Representative at Xerox Corporation selling outsourcing solutions.

Kathy has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is a member of the Human Resources Planning Society of Western New England.

Al Spahn

Chief Technology Officer

Al Spahn serves as Chief Technology Officer of Solomon Page. Al has been with Solomon Page for over 10 years and provides ongoing business and technical expertise. Al is responsible for driving the vision around Solomon Page's technology roadmap, platforms and architectures. Partnering closely with other Solomon Page Leadership and broader technology communities, Al is setting the foundation for our long-term investments and helping to align the company's technology approach with the overall corporate development priorities and strategy.

Al has 25 years' experience in business and technology and has led groups for companies in staffing, real estate, lodging, travel, wireless/mobile and security. His longevity in the technology space coincides with his passion for expanding his knowledge.

Rachel Tigges

Chief Marketing Officer

Rachel Tigges joined Solomon Page in August of 2016; bringing with her an entrepreneurial spirit and over a decade of marketing experience across the fashion, recruiting, and start-up industries. Holding a strong understanding of defining brand strategies and executing multi-channel campaigns, Ms. Tigges is responsible for building and implementing the marketing and communications programs for the corporate brand and each division of Solomon Page.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Tigges co-founded Confidential CC, a communications start-up based in Paris, France, where she launched an ephemeral email application for iPhone and Android. Previously, Rachel was the Head of Marketing & Communications for SMCP USA, and responsible for the launch and growth of French contemporary brands Sandro, Maje and Claudie Pierlot in the United States.

Ms. Tigges holds dual Magna Cum Laude degrees from Arizona State University; graduating with a B.S. in Marketing from W.P. Carey School of Business, and a B.S. in Visual Communication Design from The School of Design.
