Solomon Page hourly employees who have worked a contract assignment in the past year, or individuals placed in a full-time salaried position by Solomon Page in the past two years, may be eligible for a candidate referral bonus.
Eligible participants
Eligible participants include Solomon Page hourly employees with a recent contract assignment and individuals placed by Solomon Page in a full-time salaried role in the past two years.
Conditions
Bonus amount is determined by the candidate's position and the Solomon Page division where the referral is placed, and is paid as a cash gift card. Hourly referrals must work 500 consecutive hours and full-time referrals must work 90 consecutive days before a bonus is disbursed. Referrals must be placed within 12 months for eligibility.
