Ed leads the direct hire HR search practice for Solomon Page. Ed is based in New York and supports HR search services in the Greater NYC area as well as throughout the country.

Ed has been in the search industry for 30 years, and specifically working in human resources search for the past 22 years. Prior to joining Solomon Page in 2018, he worked for global staffing firm for 20 years. Here he opened up the HR search firm in New York, and then was instrumental in expanding the practice to 10 locations throughout the U.S. Ed thoroughly enjoys the recruiting business, and looks forward to the future of the industry.

He is lifelong Brooklyn resident who loves everything about New York City.

Lynda Fraser leads the HR Contracting business, with a focus on the tristate area and a proven ability to also support clients across the country.

Starting her career in Education, Lynda then moved into Learning & Development, and then broader HR work. She worked as an HR contractor herself before moving into HR recruitment with a leading Australasian executive search and consulting company. During her time there the company was acquired by a major US company and Lynda led a team of specialist recruiters through a period of significant change. She then left to start a specialist HR practice for another leading firm in the industry before moving to New York in 2011.

Working with Solomon Page since her move to the US, Lynda is grateful for the opportunity she has been given to apply her skills, knowledge and global perspective in a very different environment. She invests in developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates and works from a foundation, and belief in the importance, of building trust and value.

Lynda is an active member of SHRM and a mentor with a local not-for-profit.
