With over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, a degree in Hotel Management, and professional experience in the hotel industry, Debbie Kim brings her expertise to lead the Hospitality Division at Solomon Page, helping hotel chains and restaurant groups with all strategic staffing needs.
Her success is attributed to the high touch, relationship-centric approach she takes with all clients, coupled with her expert knowledge of staffing trends affecting the hospitality job market. Debbie is involved in all stages of the process, from screening candidates to advising clients on industry trends and strategy for securing top talent for their business.
Her client roster includes Four Seasons Hotel, Marriott Hotel, Wyndham Hotel, Intercontinental Hotel, Waldorf Astoria, Pierre Hotel, Conrad Hotel, and Double Tree.

She has had success running job fairs and staffing hotel openings and largescale events, primarily because she listens and understands the client needs, then in turn delivers results with the goal of exceeding expectations.
