Kim Brody, Managing Director

Kim Brody

Managing Director

Kim has been the Managing Director of Solomon Page’s permanent direct hire Administrative & Support Services division since 2003. She specializes in placing all levels of support staff and welcomes a challenge. Kim began her career in recruiting at ASA Personnel, a highly regarded, boutique, administrative staffing firm that was bought by Headway Corporate Staffing.

Kim works across all industries, ranging from Financial Services to Real Estate to Public Relations to Non-Profit. It’s important to Kim to not only make sure her clients are happy but that her candidates find a long term home. She enjoys keeping in touch with people she has worked with over the years, hearing of their successes, and making sure everyone refers their friends.

She is a University of Michigan graduate, a huge sports fan, and runs her own all-girls fantasy football league, which was featured on CBS. Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Managing Director

Scott Siegel currently serves as Managing Director of the Administrative & Support Temporary division at Solomon Page. As a seasoned industry veteran with over fifteen years of experience in recruiting, he has a consistent track record of increasing consultant headcount and revenue since joining Solomon Page in 2007.

Throughout his career, Scott has developed deep networks with clients throughout the New York City metro area and Long Island. He also oversees a variety of large-scale National accounts, servicing temporary staffing needs throughout the country.

With over twenty years of Account Management and Business Development experience at several national organizations including Snelling Personnel Services and Aetna, Scott brings deep expertise and an informed perspective to the practice. Striving to cultivate long-term business partnerships, he is regarded as a trusted advisor and partner by his clients. He works closely with his team to ensure they are consistently prepared with qualified, top-notch candidates, earning them recognition for quick and efficient turnaround time.

Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ithaca College.
