Julie Favetta serves as the Managing Director of the Legal Services-New York division of Solomon Page. She previously was Vice President of Client Development in a large legal staffing company for 19 years handling business development for over 100 AmLaw 200 firms and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to entering the legal staffing business, Julie was an attorney for two years in Maryland practicing in a small litigation firm.

She specializes in Legal Recruitment, E-Discovery, Discovery Management, Contract Attorney and Paralegal Placements.

Wendy Sullivan is the Managing Director for the Legal Services-West Coast division of Solomon Page, which specializes in the placement of attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff in contract, contract-to-permanent, and permanent positions with law firms and corporate legal departments. Wendy consults with her clients, who include AmLaw 200 law firms and Fortune 500 companies, to provide efficient and effective staffing solutions. She is involved in local legal associations in Los Angeles and San Francisco, such as LAALRA, BALRA, IPLA, and she has participated in the NALP Educational Conference, as both a speaker and a staffing partner, for many years. Wendy has served on the advisory board for the Special Olympics of Southern California, is a member of the leadership board at Seneca Family of Agencies, and has been a volunteer at the Academy for Social Action. Wendy holds a B.A. in Social Psychology from UCLA. Prior to her fourteen years in the legal staffing industry, she was a special education teacher in California and New York.

Managing Director Ron Schein brings over twenty years of experience in the legal recruiting industry. Having worked for Solomon Page as a recruiter for nearly a decade in the beginning of his career, he rejoined the Legal Services division in 2020 and has since specialized in the placement of partners as well as teams of attorneys within all areas of business law. Working with top US and global law firms, Ron is committed to his clients’ strategies and overall growth. Prior to his current role, Ron held a position at Michaelson Associates, supporting the business in a similar capacity. Throughout his career, Ron has established a wide network of professionals in the legal field, emphasizing a personalized approach that resonates through all facets of his work. Ron's academic credentials include earning a bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Rhode Island.
