What is Paycom?
Paycom is the Solomon Page payroll and employee self-service system for W-2 consultants only. It is used to process payroll, manage direct deposit and W-4 information, and provide access to paystubs and tax documents. Paycom went live on February 1, 2026. 1099 consultants do not have access to Paycom.
How do I enter time in Paycom?
You do not enter time in Paycom. Continue submitting hours through the same system you have been using, usually Webtime or a client-specific timekeeping system. Hours must be submitted by 9:00am ET Monday and approved by 5:00pm ET Monday.
Can I update my username in Paycom?
Yes. Your Paycom username must match your email address. Log in, navigate to the Profile icon, Account Settings, then Security and Login to verify your email and update your username.
How can I update my legal name or date of birth?
Legal name and date of birth changes must be submitted to your HR Coordinator. The Payroll team will update Paycom after the change is approved.
Will I still be paid if I do not approve my check?
Yes. Paycom lets you preview and approve your check before payroll is submitted, but your pay will still be processed even if you do not approve it.
Can I turn off Approve My Check reminders?
Yes. You can configure Paycom settings to automatically approve your check and stop reminder emails. View instructions.
Where do I view paystubs and tax documents?
Paystubs and tax documents for checks issued on or after February 1, 2026 are in Paycom. Paystubs and W-2s issued before February 1, 2026 are in ADP. If your assignment began on or after February 1, 2026, you only need Paycom.
Who should I contact with Paycom or payroll questions?
